PUSH day today for me. Love setting myself personal challenges. Now I'm bench pressing over my bodyweight. Exciting! 😍😍
What's your goal? Get moving and enjoy your body whatever you do.
Set yourself some challenges, give yourself the right positivity and the right nutrition, and time, and you will get there. Spring means a new challenge. January is so overrated for setting new goals anyway!!!!!! 🤣💗☀️

#strongbutexhausted
#hiddenproblems
Lovely visual to remind us all.... The outside does not always reflect the inside. So many problems are not visible. Many of us are suffering with invisible and hidden problems, strong on the outside but exhausted on the inside.
Give people your care and kindness. Remember we all have our battles. Whether this is a health condition like hypermobility and EDS, chronic fatigue, mental health issues, or dealing with problems at home, domestic violence, sleep deprivation, infertility, anxiety, postnatal issues, caring for poorly children and many more things besides. These can all affect people's ability to carry out day to day tasks. Sometimes life just gets too hard. Offer a smile in the check out queue, send a smiley face or a kiss in a WhatsApp, show compassion and kindness...... We're all just battling our own little battles, and sometimes we can put on a brave face, and sometimes it's just too hard.

New pilates video available through our YouTube channel Herts Osteopathy link here :
youtu.be/cDl6vRqVJ4c

Legs and glutes focus this time folks so enjoy!!!
You can do up to ten of each exercise and this would take around ten minutes, or do a few more... Or a few less...
Watch your form, get a mirror out and watch yourself.
Let me know when you've managed to have a go. Enjoy!!!!!
Thought this was perfect timing for half term, as we've only got this week then we're all off classes for a week. So this will be perfect for you to do at some point in the holiday when you can't leave the house 😂
Enjoy your glutes and let me know how you get on.
